Lace bloomers are made from 100% cotton woven in India. Cut smooth but full through hips and thigh, pleated to a permanent cuff, trimmed in 2 rows of lace. A drawstring is run through the cuff for a dainty bow and extra cinching if needed. Elastic waist.
Machine wash, drip dry.
